Approved by the Administration Department for Industry and Commerce under the State Council, Hunan Tongxin Economical &Technical Cooperation(HTETC) with the Qualification Certificate No.LW430020110003 on Foreign Service Cooperation, passed the Authorization and the Audit of ISO9001Quality System, charged with economical and technical cooperation, project contracting, labor service export, human resources management service, economic information consultation, supply of construction material and equipment as well as labor safety articles.
By means of the cooperation with several National Enterprises on the labor services provided to foreign countries, so far HTETC has sent engineers, technicians, skilled workers going abroad，totally more than one thousand persons，working on civil engineering, electrical equipment, hydropower, highway projects in Africa, Asia and South America countries,including Ghana, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Tunisia, Dominica, Guinea, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Niger, Peru, etc. Furthermore, HTETC has made considerable headway for the development of labor market in the countries such as Singapore, Japan, Canada, Australia, etc.
