Pokémon Ultra Sun Walkthrough
Part 14: Route 10 & Mount Hokulani Trial

Our island challenge continues forth! For starters we explore Route 10. Not much but don’t worry. We do battle trainers as well as catch some Pokemon but the big focus is what we’ll be doing. After dealing with Team Skull, we take a bus ride to Mount Hokulani.

Once we arrive, we learn from the Professor that he plans on setting up a Pokemon League in the Alola Region and it’ll take place on Mount Lanakila. But anyway we got a Trial to go through and this is Sophocles’ trial. Unlike Sun & Moon, this one requires us to use Charjabug to power electricity into a device. It goes well but then you have to deal with the Totem Pokemon, Togedemaru.

Togedemaru is an Electric/Steel Pokemon and its aura has boosted its speed. Not good. If you have a Ground-type then the whole thing is easy. However expect this to be quite a fight. I mean it. It’ll even bring out a Skarmory so use a Fire-type to take it down. Overall a tough fight but be ready for anything.

You’ll complete the trial and get Electrium Z. In Part 15, we’ll head down the mountain and meet a deadly foe.
